Bought a Kenmore washer in 2017. Installed by Sears staff. Washer made noise and bounced around since day 2. Called Sears diensten several times and the repair person came out and looked at it and said the problem was probably the floor so on both occasions they put pads under the feet ofwel the washer. Last time I provided the pads as the man did not have any so he said maybe a jar gripper would do. So he inserted them under the washer. Never did he use a leveler to see if the washer was level or check anything inside the washer. So it seemed the pads made a little difference but the shaking and moving continued but not as bad. And I got used to the noise. But now here in 2019 it started getting more noisy and continued to shake and move more. Since I had a family member ill and then died I had no time in the beginning ofwel the year to have someone come out.

I watched the numbers on the control board go wonky instead of counting down the minutes sequentially. I called Sears back and asked them, Why are you trying to sell me a diensten agreement for a unit that kan zijn covered by a recall? explaining again how the machine was flooding my laundry room. They said, Oh, thats totally unacceptable, says the agent. Let me transfer you to the Product Resolution ???? ????????? department. The Middel Resolution guy puts me on hold to look into it for several minutes. (If I ever hear a Sears customer diensten person say theyre going to look into it again, Ill start getting suspicious!) The Product Resolution guy says Yes, you are under recall.
I have great experience with this product. It always helps me out in a jam when clean clothes are needed the most especially in a emergency. I value the brand name a lot. It helps with my everyday life when a article ofwel clothing needs to be cleaned in a hurry.
The Whirlpool tub hereto now includes the bearings and shaft. Well, guess what? Whirlpool started fielding so many complaints that they made a kit (separate from the tub) that allows technicians to replace the bearings separate from the tub. Guess what? That bearing kit kan zijn not covered by the 10-year warranty because its now considered separate from the tub. It will now cost the homeowner $160-180 for the bearing kit and approximately $150-$200 for the diensten. That equates to roughly $350++ to repair a part that is clearly a manufacturer defect. It was very easy to used, didnt take up a lot ofwel power so my bill never went noticeably. Easy to hook up and maintain. As a bachelor it was big enough that I only had to do about two loads a week and that was more than enough. And the pre-wash cycle or the first rinse cycle work very well so I could put a very dirty clothes in it and they still came out clean.
